Collecting Your Information
There are several ways where your information is collected.

Sharing Your Data
We do not disclose nor sell your personal data including your name, contact number, email address or payment details to any third parties.
However, in order to provide you with our services, we share your data with the following parties:
- External service providers such as delivery companies that provide the service on our behalf
- Payment service providers such as PayPal and Stripe; when you choose to use their payment service
- Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies; to safeguard you against fraud
- Professional service providers such as website hosts and marketing agencies who help us run our business and provide the services on our behalf
Marketing Messages
If you have agreed to receive notifications, we will periodically send you email, text or post updates on new launches, events, promotions and other messages to make your shopping experience more convenient.
You can stop receiving marketing messages from A DrBrand at any time.

Once we receive notification on your preference, we will update your account to reflect the changes and ensure you do not receive further marketing messages. Please note that A DrBrand uses several systems for communicating with you, so it may take a few days to update all of them. We seek your understanding that you may still receive messages from us while we are updating your request. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, you will still continue to receive service updates (such as order confirmations).
Digital Advertising
A DrBrand makes our products and treatments visible and accessible to you through advertising efforts. Like many other companies, we do targeted advertising to you based on information we have about you (e.g. pages you have browsed, banners you have clicked). You may see banners and ads about our brands even when you are on other sites or apps through a variety of digital marketing networks and specific services offered by social network sites using technology such as pixels, cookies etc.
Storing Your Data
Your information will only be stored for as long as you are a customer. We will delete your information from our systems if you have not logged onto your online account for five years. You can contact our customer service team at cs@a-drbrand.com to request to delete all information related to you.
We may also need to keep some of your information even if you have closed your account, only where necessary or required, to meet certain requirements (e.g. legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our terms & conditions).
